BannerExpress members agree to the following Terms and Conditions: All BannerExpress banners must be placed at a prominent location on the web page so that the majority of visitors will view the banner. BannerExpress HTML Code must be placed on the page in which the banner URL "points" to and remain on this page or will be subject to account termination. BannerExpress members' agree not to modify and/or edit any of the HTML code provided by BannerExpress. BannerExpress members' agree to sign-up for only one (1) account per web site. BannerExpress is a FREE service supported by friends and sponsors. It is possible that a member's web site may view a banner from a friend, sponsor, from another member, or from BannerExpress. A member may cancel their participation in BannerExpress by notifying the administrators in writing or by sending e-mail to cancel@bannerexpress.com. Upon resigning his/her membership, the member agrees to remove all references and links to BannerExpress from the member's web site. The BannerExpress administrators reserve the right to deactivate accounts for web sites that contain little or no original content, and sites where BannerExpress banners appear on an inordinate number of dynamically-generated pages. Special exceptions to these restrictions may be made by sending e-mail to admin@bannerexpress.com. BannerExpress members may not include the banner on any pages that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (example: client pull or server push). A member may not place his/her BannerExpress HTML code on pages that are unrelated to the site being advertised. BannerExpress does not allow sites containing or linking to sexual/pornographic material, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, and any sites that might be regarded by a significant portion of the BannerExpress membership to be inappropriate. While we are committed to the protection of the free speech of our members, we cannot permit linking BannerExpress services to any website that contains information that may be considered objectionable to viewers. BannerExpress does not promote web sites pertaining to religion or religious material. These type of web sites should be directed to banner exchange services promoting this type of material. BannerExpress retains ownership and all rights to the BannerExpress name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and all information. BannerExpress members' acknowledge and agree that their web site information may be utilized as we deem necessary.
